Welcome to the official website of the Country Meadows HOA. The Country Meadows development is located north of FM1187 and west of Gertie Barrett Road in Mansfield, Texas. Please refer to this site for information and updates throughout the year.
Who We Are
The HOA consists of seven volunteer board members who are elected every year at the annual HOA meeting. We are the governing body responsible for upholding the rules and regulations set forth in the legal governing documents. This includes ensuring compliance with the City of Mansfield regarding our common land areas in the development. We are required by law to exist, are non-profit, and are funded by the homeowners via annual dues. We work on behalf of all the homeowners to help make our neighborhood a great place to live.
